Natasa Christodoulou – Lasel Radial

Natasa was born in Limassol, Cyprus in 1992. She started sailing at the age of 8. From young her talent was revealed, with drive and determination her qualities portrayed that of a champion. In the class of Optimist she won the championship in her category and at the same time, at the age of 11 years she commenced participating in the national races of Laser Radial.

In 2006 she came first in the category of young women in both Laser Radial and Laser 4.7, which she has continued to win every year and still today. Since 2008 she has also won the national Laser Radial Womens championship.

During the past few years, Natasa has reached amongst the highest level of young women in the class of Laser Radial in Greece.

In 2007 she accomplished 3rd place in the Games of the Small States of Europe and in 2008 3rd place in the Balkan Games.

In 2009 she achieved most of her goals, including 1st place in the Games of the Small States of Europe and 6th position in the Mediterranean Games.

During 2010 Natasa moved to Thessaloniki to study Architecture at University. There she continues her training with the team of the Thessaloniki Sailing Club. Her main goal for the next two years is the qualification for the Olympics of 2012.
